Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Breguet boutique in Düsseldorf, ensuring a seamless and luxurious customer experience.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure the boutique is well-stocked with the latest collections.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-end clientele to foster brand loyalty.
• Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the boutique's aesthetic appeal.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize business strategies and performance.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotional events and brand initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably in the watch or jewelry sector.
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in German and English; additional languages are an asset.
