Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the VIC clienteling strategy across Europe, aligning with global objectives and local market priorities.
  • Build and maintain a dynamic pipeline of high-potential clients through collaboration with Store Directors and commercial teams.
  • Establish individual engagement plans for each VIC, including visit cadence, milestones, gifting gestures, and bespoke services.
  • Orchestrate tailored touchpoints and white-glove services to deliver exceptional experiences for VICs.
  • Lead client selection, invitation strategy, and experience design for High Jewelry presentations and events.
  • Act as the primary contact for top sellers on VIC client treatment, especially during High Jewelry events or bespoke activations.
  • Monitor VIC KPIs and consolidate insights to refine strategies and improve client experience.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions in CRM tools and manage the CRM budget related to VIC initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury clienteling, High Jewelry, or HNW relationship management.
  • Proven track record in building and nurturing long-term relationships with top-tier clients.
  • Strong expertise in bespoke experience design and event orchestration.
  • Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury clienteling, High Jewelry, or HNW relationship management.
