Boucheron is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in Seoul, Korea, to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring excellence in inventory management and logistics coordination.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and optimize stock levels across retail stores to prevent shortages or overstock.
  • Ensure accurate stock reconciliation and promptly resolve discrepancies, implementing preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with headquarters to forecast demand and manage stock replenishment.
  • Support new store openings, product launches, and regular model stock reviews with precise planning and timely execution.
  • Analyze sales performance and market trends to anticipate demand and adjust inventory strategies proactively.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize stock allocation and improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Provide timely reporting and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, customs clearance, and ensure compliance with Korean regulations.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to guarantee timely delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Identify root causes of operational errors and implement robust solutions to eliminate human error.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy across the supply chain.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or related field within luxury retail.
  • Degree holder.

Skills

Strong knowledge of inventory management and MS Office proficiency. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and Anaplan. Excellent interpersonal skills to build sustainable relationships internally and externally. Excellent communication skills in English and Korean. Highly organized, strategic, and commercially driven with a passion for product excellence. Ability to work independently and responsibly. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills under uncertainty.

Experience

A minimum of 7 years in supply chain, logistics, or business administration within the luxury retail sector.

Education

Degree holder.
