Supply Chain Manager

Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure assortment fulfillment in boutiques based on sales and model stock plans.
- Evaluate stock availability against model stock and negotiate allocations with APAC/HQ.
- Analyze monthly needs based on back orders and sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with the Merchandising Manager to address stock shortages and needs.
- Support the Merchandising Manager in sales forecasting for new products alongside the Supply Chain Executive.
- Manage stock levels for new store openings and events.
- Supervise customer and special order entry, tracking order processes and deliveries.
- Support boutiques in customer and special order processes, including consignment.
- Manage delays in customer and special orders by coordinating with boutiques and HQ.
- Oversee import/export processes, liaising with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
- Identify and manage local regulatory constraints on import/export, proposing action plans to mitigate risks.
- Follow up on ATA Carnet processes.
- Build strong relationships with the Merchandising Manager to align on product assortment and replenishment processes.
- Provide leadership and motivation to engage and guide team members towards achieving objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in supply chain management within the luxury sector.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and logistics.
- Experience in managing import/export processes and compliance with local regulations.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the luxury fashion or jewelry industry.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
