Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure product availability within required quantities and timelines, adhering to budget constraints.
- Manage internal and external client orders through the logistics provider.
- Guarantee the quality of commercial service delivered to clients.
- Forecast and account for seasonal or special events such as store openings and seasonal displays.
- Develop needs calculations and purchase proposals.
- Plan and execute purchase orders, and monitor supplier receipts and invoices.
- Serve as the primary interface for internal and external clients regarding the entire order flow, including logistics, transport, and invoicing.
- Participate in cross-functional transformation projects.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Proficiency in an ERP system, with Infor M3 being advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Autonomous and rigorous work ethic.
- Strong communication skills.

Experience in supply chain coordination or a related field is preferred.
