Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee quality management focused on external partners.
- Implement and monitor quality performance indicators (KPIs).
- Facilitate and support suppliers in their continuous improvement initiatives.
- Organize and conduct supplier audits.
- Manage non-conformities and quality alerts.
- Coordinate corrective action plans and resolve quality issues.
- Develop and maintain quality-related procedures within the company.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's level) in Quality, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in supplier quality assurance, preferably within the luxury, jewelry, or manufacturing industries involving subcontracting.
- Proficiency in quality tools (FMEA, SPC, etc.) and auditing.
- Strong leadership, attention to detail, and rigor.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Willingness to travel regularly within Europe.

A minimum of 5 years in supplier quality assurance, ideally within the luxury sector, jewelry, or manufacturing industries.
Education
Master's degree in Quality, Engineering, or a related field.
