Role & Responsibilities
- Lead quality management focused on external partners.
- Implement and monitor quality performance indicators (KPIs).
- Facilitate and support suppliers in their continuous improvement efforts.
- Organize and conduct supplier audits.
- Manage non-conformities and quality alerts.
- Oversee corrective action plans and coordinate quality issue resolutions.
- Develop and maintain quality-related procedures within the Maison.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's level) in Quality, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in supplier quality assurance, preferably within the luxury, jewelry, or manufacturing industry with subcontracting.
- Proficiency in quality tools (FMEA, SPC, etc.) and auditing.
- Strong leadership, attention to detail, and rigor.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Willingness to travel regularly within Europe.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 5 years in supplier quality assurance, ideally within the luxury, jewelry, or manufacturing sectors.
Education
Master's degree in Quality, Engineering, or a related field.
