Role & Responsibilities

  • Support and manage retail team operations in department store environments.
  • Oversee security tools and back-office security, including cash management.
  • Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Compile daily sales data and prepare sales and traffic reports.
  • Maintain employee attendance records and update system data.
  • Manage expense reconciliation, including asset management, payment requests, tax filings, purchase invoices, and bank journal entries, in coordination with the finance department.
  • Oversee invoice and document management.
  • Handle product repair processes, including approval of repair estimates, lead-time updates, returns, and invoice issuance.
  • Ensure store maintenance and upkeep.
  • Manage orders for store uniforms, stationery, and packaging materials.
  • Serve as the in-store contact point for third-party interactions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support/management within a foreign company in the retail industry, preferably in the luxury sector.
  • Preferred experience in retail store support and operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience with ERP and SAP programs.
  • Accounting certification is an advantage.
  • Customer-oriented with strong coordination skills, a team player, and reliable.
  • Familiarity with government procedures.
