Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador, understanding company goals and missions to drive boutique sales targets through personal sales.
  • Support management and actively participate in the development of sales skills among staff.
  • Assist in management duties and collaborate with regional management in the absence of direct management.
  • Achieve and exceed sales KPIs, including an annual sales target of 250 million yen.
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences, leading client events and external sales activities.
  • Engage in clienteling initiatives, fostering new client relationships and maintaining existing ones, with a focus on CRM strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all Maison and group policies, participate in inventory and audit processes, and propose operational improvements.

Experience
