Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to provide exceptional customer service and personalized shopping experiences.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and customer loyalty.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Boucheron's product offerings and brand heritage.
  • Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining the boutique's aesthetic standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury retail or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury market and customer service excellence.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Mandarin and English. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is required.
