Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand to clients, guiding them through the buying journey from collection discovery to product selection and after-sales service.
  • Present the collection in accordance with brand standards, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Provide expert advice on styles, product characteristics, and current trends.
  • Support store management in various sales channels including retail, wholesale, and e-commerce.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury market and customer service excellence.

Skills

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and build rapport with clients. Proficiency in sales techniques and customer relationship management. Fluency in Mandarin and English.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years in a luxury retail environment or a related field.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.
