Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of the Maison's history, product collections, trends, and market activities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality to all clientele.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through customer engagement and database management, ensuring effective follow-up actions.
  • Maintain professional expertise in brand, product, and marketing activities.
  • Support daily operations, including stock management and shop presentation.
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies and practices.
  • Process payments and manage cash and credit/debit card transactions.
  • Conduct market intelligence and provide regular competitor updates.
  • Participate in merchandising feedback to enhance brand exposure and customer attraction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of retail frontline experience, preferably in the luxury jewelry and watches sector.
  • Passion for luxury jewelry, with a positive and mature mindset.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic and target-driven environment.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
