Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Boucheron brand in all client interactions, ensuring an extraordinary client experience.
- Communicate knowledgeably about the Maison's history and promote the brand both in-store and externally.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, aiming to exceed sales targets.
- Deepen client loyalty and drive lifetime value through exceptional service.
- Adhere to the sales process and update CRM data accurately.
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships through invitations, events, and gifts.
- Organize and attend events to promote the Maison and develop new partnerships with luxury brands and industries.
Qualifications
- Well-groomed with a high standard of presentation.
- Previous experience in jewelry and luxury retail boutique environments.
- Fluent in French and English.
