Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Boucheron brand in every client interaction, ensuring an extraordinary client experience.
- Communicate effectively as a brand ambassador, sharing knowledge about the Maison's history and promoting the brand both in-store and externally.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to exceed sales targets.
- Drive client loyalty and lifetime value through personalized engagement and CRM data management.
- Organize and attend events to promote the Maison and cultivate new business opportunities.
- Develop partnerships with luxury brands and industries such as hotels, personal shoppers, and art galleries.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in jewelry and luxury retail boutique environments.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Well-groomed with a high standard of presentation.
- Agile, adaptable, and hands-on approach.
