Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Boucheron brand in all client interactions, ensuring an extraordinary client experience.
- Communicate knowledgeably about the Maison's history and promote the brand both in-store and externally.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, exceeding sales targets and fostering lifetime loyalty.
- Input and update CRM data accurately.
- Organize and attend events to promote the Maison and develop new business partnerships.
- Adhere to sales processes and procedures, achieving quantified objectives and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in jewelry and luxury retail boutique environments.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Well-groomed with a high standard of presentation.
