Boucheron in Paris seeks a full-time Sales Assistant — deliver exceptional client service and support sales and visual merchandising in a luxury boutique.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a Palace-level welcome and discrete, attentive service to French and international clientele.
  • Serve beverages and manage client hospitality throughout the boutique experience.
  • Manage client flow and waiting times; provide clear information and conduct boutique tours.
  • Support sales associates during product presentations by anticipating needs and adapting to client requests.
  • Prepare pieces for presentation: place items in cases, assemble gift packaging and complete certificates.
  • Maintain boutique presentation to house guidelines, including fixtures, displays and visual merchandising support.
  • Manage orders and restocking for POS materials and beverages; liaise with Back Office and After-Sales teams.
  • Photograph merchandise according to maison guidelines and observe in-boutique safety procedures.

Qualifications

  • Ambassador of the maison with a demonstrable alignment to its values and standards.
  • Passion for fashion and luxury goods with excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and a service-oriented mindset.

Experience

Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality or a client-facing role is preferred; experience with fine jewellery or watchmaking is an advantage but not mandatory.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, luxury goods or hospitality preferred.
