Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to both French and international clientele, ensuring a Palace-level service.
  • Serve beverages to clients.
  • Greet clients with discretion, kindness, and respect.
  • Manage client wait times in the boutique and provide information as needed.
  • Present the boutique tour to clients.
  • Assist sales associates during product presentations.
  • Listen attentively to client and sales associate requests and adapt accordingly.
  • Prepare items in cases, gift wrap, and create certificates.
  • Participate in the setup and maintenance of the boutique according to brand guidelines.
  • Ensure the boutique is impeccably maintained.
  • Handle orders and restocking of promotional materials and beverages.
  • Learn and implement security protocols within the boutique.
  • Collaborate closely with Back Office and Customer Service teams.
  • Photograph pieces in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Support visual merchandising activities within the boutique.

Qualifications

  • Act as an ambassador for the brand and its values.
  • Passionate about fashion and the luxury universe with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English; a third language is appreciated.
  • Well-presented with a strong sense of service.

Experience
