Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to both French and international clientele, ensuring a service experience akin to that of a palace.
- Serve beverages to clients with the utmost discretion and respect.
- Manage client wait times and provide informative assistance within the boutique.
- Support sales associates during product presentations by attentively listening to client and seller needs.
- Adapt to various client requests, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Prepare items in boxes, create gift packages, and issue certificates.
- Contribute to the boutique's setup and maintenance, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Oversee orders and restocking of promotional materials and beverages.
- Implement security protocols within the boutique.
- Collaborate closely with Back Office and After-Sales Service teams.
- Capture photographs of items in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Assist with visual merchandising activities within the boutique.
Qualifications
- Act as an ambassador for the brand and its values.
- Passion for fashion and the luxury industry, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English; a third language is advantageous.
- Exemplary presentation and a strong sense of service.

Experience
Experience in luxury retail or a customer-facing role is preferred.
