Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to both French and international clientele, ensuring a Palace-level service.
- Serve beverages to clients with discretion and respect.
- Manage client wait times and provide information as needed.
- Present the boutique tour to clients.
- Assist sales associates during product presentations.
- Listen attentively to client and sales associate requests, adapting to each situation.
- Prepare items in boxes, create gift packages, and issue certificates.
- Participate in boutique setup and maintain its appearance according to brand guidelines.
- Oversee orders and restocking of promotional materials and beverages.
- Implement security protocols within the boutique.
- Collaborate closely with Back Office and Customer Service teams.
- Photograph pieces in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Support visual merchandising activities within the boutique.
Qualifications
- Act as an ambassador for the brand and its values.
- Passionate about fashion and the luxury industry, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English; a third language is appreciated.
- Presentable with a strong sense of service.

Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail or a customer-facing role is preferred.
