Role & Responsibilities
- Lead retail audit programs by overseeing boutique audit campaigns, ensuring execution, monitoring performance indicators, and providing operational recommendations to headquarters and market teams.
- Manage in-store experience projects and digital tools by supervising development, deployment, and optimization of digital tools for retail teams, collaborating with IT for seamless implementation.
- Serve as the primary contact for international markets, collaborating with regional teams to gather insights, consolidate feedback, and ensure alignment and successful deployment of Retail Operations initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments such as Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Security, IT, and Training to ensure optimal project execution.
- Monitor retail trends and competition by conducting regular research to identify emerging best practices, innovations, and competitive strategies, translating observations into actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, International Relations, or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, retail operations, or customer experience, ideally in a premium or luxury environment.
- Proficiency in French and English; additional language skills are advantageous.
