Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive quality control of jewelry and high jewelry pieces, identifying defects.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and manage returns of non-compliant pieces.
• Oversee the digital management of product flows, documentation, and archiving.
• Travel occasionally to supplier sites for product inspections.
• Manage stock repairs, including preparation of shipments and control of returns.
• Handle metal warranty processes, including hallmarking and legal testing.
• Contribute to the development of quality procedures and validation of new products.
• Participate in central stock activities such as inventories.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge in jewelry craftsmanship.
• Ability to perform meticulous tasks requiring concentration and precision.
• Manual dexterity and keen visual acuity.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel) and ideally experience with an ERP system.
• Minimum education of Bac+2 or equivalent.
• Understanding of English is advantageous.
• Over 3 years of experience in a similar role.
