Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive piece-by-piece quality inspections and identify defects in jewelry and high jewelry products.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding quality issues.
- Manage the return process for non-compliant pieces to suppliers.
- Oversee the digital management of product flows, documentation, and archiving.
- Occasionally travel to supplier sites for on-site product inspections.
- Prepare shipments and manage the return process for stock repairs, including data entry and documentation management.
- Maintain supplier contacts and provide updates to relevant departments.
- Manage metal warranty processes, including hallmarking and legal testing.
- Contribute to the development of quality procedures and assist in the validation of new products.
- Participate in central stock activities such as inventories.
Qualifications
- Technical knowledge in jewelry craftsmanship.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Education
A minimum of a Bac+2 level education is preferred.
