Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive piece-by-piece quality inspections of jewelry and high jewelry items, identifying any defects.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding quality issues and manage the return of non-compliant pieces.
- Oversee the digital management of inventory flows, documentation, and archiving.
- Occasionally travel to supplier sites for on-site product inspections.
- Prepare shipments for repair, monitor returns, and manage related documentation.
- Maintain supplier contacts and provide updates to relevant departments.
- Manage metal warranty processes, including hallmarking and legal testing.
- Contribute to the development of quality procedures and assist in the validation of new product launches.
- Participate in central stock activities, including inventory counts.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+2) preferred.
- Technical knowledge in jewelry craftsmanship.
