Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive piece-by-piece quality inspections of jewelry and high jewelry items, identifying defects.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding quality issues.
  • Manage the return process for non-compliant items to suppliers.
  • Oversee the digital management of inventory flows, documentation, and archiving.
  • Occasionally travel to supplier sites for on-site product inspections.
  • Prepare shipments and manage the return process for stock repairs, including data entry and documentation management.
  • Maintain supplier contact and provide updates to relevant departments.
  • Oversee metal guarantee processes, including hallmarking and legal testing.
  • Contribute to the development of quality procedures and assist in the validation of new products.
  • Participate in central stock activities such as inventories.

Qualifications

  • Technical knowledge in jewelry craftsmanship.
  • Ability to perform meticulous tasks requiring concentration and precision.
  • Manual dexterity and keen visual acuity.
  • Strong attention to detail, honesty, and discretion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Product and industry sensitivity, with a proactive and dynamic approach.
  • Proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel) and experience with ERP systems is preferred.
  • Minimum education level of Bac+2 or equivalent.
  • Understanding of English is advantageous.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.

Experience

Education
