Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate internal and external scheduling of the workshop, ensuring adherence to commitments.
  • Manage the administrative activities of the workshop, including metal management and compliance with financial control regulations.
  • Handle production orders, including the management of launch kits within the workshop.
  • Supervise after-sales services, entrusted items, and dismantled pieces.
  • Lead subcontractor operations, including quotations and invoicing.
  • Plan and schedule production loads in collaboration with workshop managers.
  • Balance workload between internal capacities and subcontractors.
  • Participate in value analysis to understand partner dynamics.
  • Monitor production stages in accordance with established processes.
  • Develop and manage the workshop budget in conjunction with financial control.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and adherence to procedures.
  • Integrate and adapt the NéoFugu tool as the workshop's reference system.
  • Lead RJC/COC certification and audits for the workshop.
  • Ensure the workshop's HSE strategy aligns with general services.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects.
  • Provide management and leadership within the workshop.
