Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating press activities across various regions, including managing requests for photoshoots and diverse information.
- Support the organization of international press events in Paris, such as collection launches and dinners.
- Coordinate with various departments including image, retail, security, stock, and import-export.
- Contribute to the development of digital press kits in collaboration with Image, Marketing, and Editorial teams.
- Manage the press contact database.
- Assist in organizing influencer activations and developing pre- and post-activation reports.
- Support celebrity activations, including scheduling, creating loans, and sending lookbooks and pieces.
- Organize and attend the Cannes Film Festival, assisting with daily management of loans and press releases.
Qualifications
- Degree in Communication or Business.
- Previous experience in press, influence, or celebrity sectors, either in-house, at an agency, or at a press office.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of one prior successful experience in press, influence, or celebrity management is required.
Education
Degree in Communication or Business.
