Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating press activities across various regions, including managing requests for photoshoots and diverse information.
  • Support the organization of international press events in Paris, such as collection launches and dinners.
  • Coordinate with various departments including image, retail, security, stock, and import-export.
  • Contribute to the development of digital press kits in collaboration with Image, Marketing, and Editorial teams.
  • Manage the press contact database.
  • Assist in organizing influencer activations and developing pre- and post-activation reports.
  • Support celebrity activations, including scheduling, creating loans, and sending lookbooks and pieces.
  • Organize and attend the Cannes Film Festival, assisting with daily management of loans and press releases.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Communication or Business.
  • Previous experience in press, influence, or celebrity sectors, either in-house, at an agency, or at a press office.

Skills

Strong understanding of press, influence, and celebrity dynamics, with knowledge of the luxury and fashion markets. Ability to anticipate needs, manage priorities, and demonstrate resilience. Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and confidentiality. Organized, meticulous, responsive, and determined. Fluency in English is essential.

Experience

A minimum of one prior successful experience in press, influence, or celebrity management is required.

Education

Degree in Communication or Business.
