Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with discretion, warmth, and professionalism to ensure a refined boutique experience.
- Assist Sales Advisors during client appointments by preparing jewels, presentation trays, and refreshments.
- Ensure presentation areas and visual displays are immaculate and aligned with brand standards.
- Collaborate and support internal clients for celebrity fittings, photo shoots, and internal transfers and consignments.
- Oversee the daily rhythm of the boutique, ensuring appointments, deliveries, and service requests are coordinated seamlessly.
- Receive, ship, and maintain inventory cycle counts for operational efficiency.
- Manage semestrial store inventory and client repairs, after-sale processes.
- Maintain stockroom organization, ensuring pieces are prepared for appointments and safely returned post-viewing.
- Manage boutique supplies, packaging, and stationery for client interactions and gifting moments.
- Open and close the boutique, supervise security schedules, and cleaning crew duties.
- Prepare boutique reports, appointment schedules, and sales documentation with accuracy and discretion.
- Process client orders, repairs, and special requests in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Support the Store Director with calendar coordination, event preparation, and follow-up communications.
- Assist in planning and executing boutique events, private viewings, and high jewelry showcases.
- Ensure VIP appointments are managed with white-glove precision, including special presentation and security requirements.
Qualifications
- 2 – 4 years' experience in luxury retail, fine jewelry, or hospitality in a client-centric role.
- A refined presence and polished communication style, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with luxury retail systems, appointment management, and basic administrative tools.
- A genuine appreciation for high craftsmanship, heritage, and brand storytelling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and CRM tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of luxury client expectations and white-glove service standards.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in additional languages beyond English is a plus.
