Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the signing of all legal documentation.
  • Manage the organization and archiving of legal documents, including signature, dispatch, and database filing.
  • Update and maintain tracking tables for the legal department.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to document signing, including printing and dispatch via UPS/DHL/Chronopost.
  • Oversee the management and updating of the contract library and tracking tables.
  • File contracts and other legal documents systematically.
  • Update tracking sheets for decisions across various subsidiaries.
  • Organize and file documents for different subsidiaries.
  • Coordinate the approval of accounts and other corporate operations, including signatures and dispatch to law firms.
  • Manage the signing, legalization, and certification of Powers of Attorney (POA).
  • File trademark certificates and update tracking tables.
  • Deposit designs with bailiffs and manage archiving.
  • Draft research notes and legal updates.
  • Assist in drafting NDAs, letters, and contracts.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Demonstrated confidentiality and meticulousness.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities effectively.
  • Curiosity and autonomy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an international cultural context with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in IT tools.
  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Law (Master 1 or Master 2).
