Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the signing of all legal documentation.
  • Manage the organization, dispatch, and archiving of legal documents.
  • Update and maintain tracking tables for the legal department.
  • Oversee the contract library and ensure timely updates.
  • Organize and file contracts and other legal documents.
  • Update decision tracking sheets for various subsidiaries.
  • Coordinate the approval of accounts and other corporate operations.
  • Handle the signing, legalization, and certification of Powers of Attorney.
  • Organize trademark certificates and update tracking tables.
  • File designs with bailiffs and archive them.
  • Draft research notes and legal updates.
  • Assist in drafting NDAs, letters, and contracts.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Law (Master 1 or Master 2).

Skills

Confidentiality and attention to detail. Organizational skills. Ability to manage priorities. Curiosity and autonomy. Collaborative work in an international cultural context. Proficiency in IT tools.

Experience

No prior experience required, but a background in legal studies is essential.

Education

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Law.
