Role & Responsibilities
- Craft high jewelry pieces adhering to Boucheron's standards of quality and aesthetics, within agreed budgets and timelines.
- Work with wax to create models.
- Handcraft wax and metal prototypes.
- Develop complex prototypes.
- Refine new models.
- Execute intricate operations requiring extensive experience.
- Seek and apply optimal solutions, incorporating CAD techniques when necessary.
- May be appointed as lead on specific projects.
Qualifications
- OJ3/4 certification or equivalent experience.
- Proactive in challenging ideas and proposing initiatives.
- Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, rigor, passion, and organizational capabilities.
