Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all IT operations and production activities to ensure optimal service quality and security standards.
- Ensure optimal functioning of production units through effective planning, organization, and adherence to standards.
- Safeguard the availability, security, integrity, and regulatory compliance of information systems and data.
- Develop procedures and processes to enhance information system performance.
- Implement data backup plans and establish security protocols to ensure data protection.
- Define procedures for preventive and corrective maintenance of information systems.
- Conduct technological watch to propose technological advancements.
- Raise awareness about cybersecurity and its best practices among employees.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Windows, Linux RHEL, IBMi-AS400, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Experience with ERP systems like Infor M3, Cegid Y2, and Neofugu.
- Strong understanding of M3 environments and user management.
- Knowledge of development tools related to M3 and data exchange formats.
- Experience in lifecycle management, including patching and access management.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation in Windows/Linux/AS400 environments.
- Proficiency in monitoring tools like NAGIOS CENTREON.
- Experience in vulnerability management and security assessments.
- Project management skills in both Agile and traditional methodologies.
- Fluent in English for international collaboration.
