Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Global Merchandising Manager in managing stock and sales operations.
- Coordinate with the Global High Jewelry Project Manager on collection launches and event preparations.
- Handle transfer requests for client presentations, ensuring product availability and logistical coordination.
- Monitor the transportation of selections for commercial and communication events globally.
- Validate product availability for press shoots and celebrity loans, focusing on new collections.
- Oversee product refurbishment for sales in collaboration with the Quality Control department.
- Conduct stock analyses, including quantitative, qualitative, and geographical evaluations.
- Develop stock mapping with regional allocations.
- Support international project implementation for high jewelry launches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline projects across various departments.
- Aid in organizing high jewelry events, including logistical coordination and reporting.
- Develop tools to enhance the high-end client experience, such as product catalogs.
- Conduct competitive analysis on high jewelry events.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent program (Bachelor's +4/5).
- Previous experience in the jewelry industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with the luxury sector is advantageous.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 6 months of experience in the jewelry industry is preferred.
Education
Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
