Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Global Merchandising Manager in managing stock and sales operations.
  • Coordinate with the Global High Jewelry Project Manager on collection launches and event preparations.
  • Handle transfer requests for client presentations, ensuring product availability and logistical coordination.
  • Monitor the transportation of selections for commercial and communication events globally.
  • Validate product availability for press shoots and celebrity loans, focusing on new collections.
  • Oversee product refurbishment for sales in collaboration with the Quality Control department.
  • Conduct stock analyses, including quantitative, qualitative, and geographical evaluations.
  • Develop stock mapping with regional allocations.
  • Support international project implementation for high jewelry launches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline projects across various departments.
  • Aid in organizing high jewelry events, including logistical coordination and reporting.
  • Develop tools to enhance the high-end client experience, such as product catalogs.
  • Conduct competitive analysis on high jewelry events.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent program (Bachelor's +4/5).
  • Previous experience in the jewelry industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the luxury sector is advantageous.

Skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Analytical and synthesis capabilities. Team-oriented with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in English is essential. Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

Experience

A minimum of 6 months of experience in the jewelry industry is preferred.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
