Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct and optimize regular performance reports (weekly and monthly) on sales, stock levels, and distribution channels by product line, collection, market, and boutique.
- Analyze the performance of new collection launches.
- Monitor and assess boutique openings, including assortment, performance, and stock management.
- Prepare ad hoc analyses for the Marketing Committee and CEO.
- Participate in assortment reviews for boutique openings and product launches, ensuring alignment with international guidelines and brand image.
- Update assortments in Anaplan.
- Communicate with regional merchandisers to enforce guidelines and support their requests.
- Collect and consolidate qualitative market feedback.
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain and Marketing teams.
- Contribute to the organization of biannual staff sales.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of merchandising tools (Power BI, Anaplan) through reporting automation.
- Engage in cross-functional projects based on business priorities and personal interest.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (business school, engineering school, or equivalent).
- Strong interest in data analysis and performance management.
- Previous experience in merchandising, business analysis, or product management is highly valued.
