Boucheron in Seoul seeks an Internal Mail Assistant to manage internal mail, courier coordination and mailroom operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and parcels to internal recipients promptly and accurately.
  • Prepare, label and dispatch outgoing mail and courier shipments, ensuring correct documentation and postage.
  • Maintain accurate records and tracking logs for all inbound and outbound items; escalate lost or delayed items following internal procedures.
  • Coordinate with external courier partners and internal stakeholders to schedule pickups, returns and urgent deliveries.
  • Manage and replenish mailroom supplies; ensure equipment (scales, franking machines, scanners) is operational and arrange servicing when required.
  • Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive correspondence and high-value items in accordance with company protocols.
  • Support facilities team with related tasks such as receiving vendor deliveries and assisting with simple inventory control.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrable attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to handle physical tasks (lifting and moving parcels) and work on feet for extended periods.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and basic numeracy for postage and documentation.
  • Legal authorization to work in the Republic of Korea.

Experience
