Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the liaison for the sales team regarding special order inquiries.
  • Assist markets in the special order process and track requests.
  • Monitor product development stages daily.
  • Update tracking tools for Special Orders.
  • Create quotations for Special Orders.
  • Coordinate with the Stones department.
  • Draft creative briefs for the studio.
  • Organize photo shoots for newly produced pieces.
  • Prepare sales tools (cases, certificates, gouaches) and oversee order deliveries.
  • Provide operational support to the Marketing team, including sales analysis and product presentation assistance.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a business school or equivalent program (Bachelor's +4/5), in a gap year or final year of study.
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in the jewelry industry is preferred.

Skills

Meticulous attention to detail. Strong analytical skills. Organizational proficiency. Team-oriented mindset. Excellent writing skills. Ability to synthesize information. Professional demeanor. Proficiency in English, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. Photoshop skills are advantageous.

Experience

A minimum of 6 months' experience in the jewelry industry is preferred.
