Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the liaison for the sales team regarding special order inquiries.
- Assist markets in the special order process and track requests.
- Monitor product development stages daily.
- Update tracking tools for Special Orders.
- Create quotations for Special Orders.
- Coordinate with the Stones department.
- Draft creative briefs for the studio.
- Organize photo shoots for newly produced pieces.
- Prepare sales tools (cases, certificates, gouaches) and oversee order deliveries.
- Provide operational support to the Marketing team, including sales analysis and product presentation assistance.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in a business school or equivalent program (Bachelor's +4/5), in a gap year or final year of study.
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in the jewelry industry is preferred.
