Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for the sales team regarding special order inquiries.
- Assist markets in the special order process and track requests.
- Monitor product development stages daily.
- Update tracking tools for Special Orders.
- Prepare quotations for Special Orders.
- Coordinate with the Stones department.
- Create creative briefs for the studio.
- Organize photoshoots for newly produced pieces.
- Prepare sales tools (cases, certificates, gouaches) and oversee order deliveries.
- Provide operational support to the Marketing team, including sales analysis and product presentations.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in a Business School or equivalent program (Bachelor's +4/5), in a gap year or final year of study.
- Previous 6-month experience in the jewelry industry is preferred.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 6 months of experience in the jewelry sector is preferred.
Education
Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
