Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the global industrial strategy in alignment with the company's growth and transformation objectives.
  • Lead and structure the industrial teams, including internal workshops, product development, quality, and after-sales service.
  • Develop and execute the Buy or Make strategy, considering partial vertical integration.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Artistic, and Supply Chain departments to ensure cohesive operations.
  • Establish and monitor industrial KPIs, implementing tools for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the development of new jewelry and watchmaking products, ensuring alignment between design, development, and production.
  • Strengthen quality assurance systems and utilize feedback to enhance products and processes.
  • Define and manage the strategy for industrial information systems, ensuring coherence between digital tools and industrial processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in industrial management within demanding environments.
  • Expertise in product development and management of outsourced production.
  • Experience in the luxury sector, particularly in jewelry, watchmaking, or leather goods.
  • Proven track record in change management and organizational structuring.
  • Hands-on experience in leading operational projects.
