Boucheron in Paris seeks a Human Resources Apprentice (EMEA). 1-year apprenticeship starting Sept 2026 supporting talent acquisition, onboarding and Workday.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the HRBP and HR Director EMEA on an international scope across recruitment, onboarding and HR operations.
- Coordinate hiring needs with managers for internships and junior roles; define candidate selection criteria and produce shortlists.
- Source candidates using job boards and professional networks (LinkedIn, Fashionjob) and perform pre-qualification telephone interviews.
- Organize and schedule interviews with the HRBP and hiring managers, and follow up through the recruitment lifecycle.
- Prepare and coordinate new-hire onboarding: organise arrival logistics, manage internal integration processes and assist in contract/avenant preparation.
- Contribute to regional HR projects and animations across EMEA and provide support on disciplinary and personnel-file matters.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Workday) ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or completed a Master's degree in Human Resources or a business school program with HR specialization.
- At least one prior, substantive experience (internship or initial role) in HR development or recruitment.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken — essential for an international remit.
- Highly organized, proactive, rigorous and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Workday or other HRIS is expected or advantageous.

Experience
A first completed experience in HR development or recruitment is required — typically one solid internship or an initial professional placement demonstrating hands-on recruitment and/or HR operations exposure.
Education
Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent business school diploma with a specialization in HR.
