Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the Hygiene and Safety (HS) policy to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
  • Define and execute internal HS audit plans and support resultant action plans.
  • Promote HS policy through staff training and awareness campaigns, focusing on risk prevention.
  • Conduct regulatory monitoring to anticipate industry changes and adapt HS policies accordingly.
  • Implement occupational health and safety policies in collaboration with the HR Department across Parisian sites, excluding retail, in compliance with labor standards.
  • Update and manage the Single Document for Risk Assessment (DUERP) in partnership with HR, identifying and evaluating professional risks.
  • Propose corrective and preventive actions to mitigate identified risks and raise staff awareness through internal communication campaigns.
  • Update regulatory HSE displays and advise management on PPE selection and implementation.
  • Coordinate regulatory maintenance of equipment with workshop managers and suggest improvements for better working conditions.
  • Support site operations by monitoring service provider interventions, overseeing potential redevelopment projects, and managing environmental reporting.
  • Oversee routine and regulatory maintenance, manage service contracts, and present projects to employee representatives and management.
  • Participate in digitalization projects and draft operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in HSE or a related field.
  • Comfortable communicating with diverse stakeholders including colleagues and suppliers.
  • Proficient in handling technical and operational challenges.
  • Adaptable and proactive in project management scenarios.
  • Demonstrates curiosity and initiative.
  • Capable of strategic thinking with a focus on improving workplace quality of life.
  • Exhibits versatility, diligence, and a desire to develop autonomy.
  • Team-oriented mindset.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in French and English.

Experience

No specific prior experience required; suitable for students currently pursuing a Master's degree in HSE.
