Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets with a primary focus on High Jewellery and Fine Jewellery, employing client-centric upselling techniques.
- Consistently schedule client appointments to drive business to the store.
- Serve as a professional ambassador for the Maison, promoting High Jewellery and Fine Jewellery creations while maintaining exemplary customer service standards.
- Execute excellent clienteling strategies, proactively proposing plans to engage new and existing Very Important Clients (VICs) to convert sales.
- Participate in High Jewellery events and in-store activities with client appointments, collaborating with the Boutique Manager to propose events that enhance the High Jewellery business.
- Manage High Jewellery special orders and After-Sales service with care and efficiency.
- Provide qualitative market feedback and collaborate with the Boutique Manager to mentor the store team in converting Jewellery clients into High Jewellery customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in the high jewellery industry, particularly in Shanghai, with a proven sales record and a significant database of potential client contacts.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Responsible, presentable with a good personal image, humble, and passionate about high-end luxury retail.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit.
- Certification in gemmology courses such as GIA is advantageous.
