Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, understanding the company's goals and mission to achieve individual sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional and unique brand experiences at all customer touchpoints to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Master daily boutique operations and proactively propose improvements.
- Engage in customer service and sales activities, including client management and customer service reception.
- Contribute to the training and development of new employees and junior staff.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and provide excellent customer service through strong product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Build personalized relationships with clients and establish connections with prospective customers.
- Understand and comply with all Maison and group policies and operational procedures.
- Participate in daily maintenance tasks, including inventory checks, display work, and back stock organization, as well as periodic inventory audits and price changes.

Skills
Experience
Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in jewelry or watches, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Education
GIA Graduate Gemologist (G.G.) or Jewelry Coordinator certification is preferred.
