Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador, understanding company goals and missions to achieve individual sales targets.
  • Deliver exceptional and unique brand experiences at all touchpoints to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Master daily boutique operations and proactively propose improvements.
  • Engage in customer service and sales activities, including operations, customer management, and customer service reception.
  • Achieve required performance in sales KPIs, including an annual sales target of over 120 million yen.
  • Execute sales independently and provide excellent customer experiences within the boutique.
  • Implement and personalize Boucheron's selling ceremony, and propose and execute upselling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Sell items priced at over 2 million yen and handle simple customer complaints and negotiations.
  • Respond to basic customer discount requests.
  • Maintain connections with clients and prospects, utilizing PCRM tools such as DCC and MyCat.
  • Understand store guidelines and processes, including tax refunds, shipping, hand-carry, cash payments, and security.
  • Proficiently use retail-related IT tools, including CEGID, M3, and apps.
  • Analyze personal performance and develop and execute action plans for growth.

Qualifications

  • Possession of jewelry-related qualifications such as GIA G.G. or Jewelry Coordinator is advantageous.

Skills

Strong team spirit and hospitality mindset. Ability to work as a team player and self-starter. Understanding of client needs and prioritization skills. Adaptability to environmental changes (resilience). Multitasking abilities.

Experience

Experience in luxury retail sales, particularly in jewelry, is required.
