Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized client treatments in alignment with the brand's image.
  • Identify and document the needs and requests of the European zone.
  • Ensure operational follow-up for seamless client treatment execution.
  • Brief and coordinate with concierge services and external providers.
  • Compile qualitative and quantitative reports on VIC Care operations.
  • Monitor and manage the budget for operations, including invoice processing.
  • Implement the event animation plan for the region.
  • Organize and manage events such as cocktails, dinners, and in-store activations.
  • Support major brand events like the Cannes Film Festival and Haute Joaillerie events.
  • Ensure daily logistical follow-up for events.
  • Compile qualitative and quantitative reports on events.
  • Monitor and manage the budget for events, including invoice processing.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Marketing or Communication from a Business School or University.
  • Previous experience in the luxury sector, ideally in event management or coordination with retail teams, internal services, and providers.

Skills

Organizational skills and attention to detail. Business and service-oriented mindset. Proactive, creative, and excellent interpersonal skills. Analytical skills with proficiency in data processing and interpretation. Fluent in English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Adobe InDesign is appreciated.

Experience

A first experience in the luxury industry, particularly in event management or coordination roles, is required.

Education

Master's degree in Marketing or Communication.
