Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized client treatments in alignment with the brand's image.
- Identify and document the needs and requests of the European zone.
- Ensure operational follow-up for seamless client treatment execution.
- Brief and coordinate with concierge services and external providers.
- Compile qualitative and quantitative reports on VIC Care operations.
- Monitor and manage the budget for operations, including invoice processing.
- Implement the event animation plan for the region.
- Organize and manage events such as cocktails, dinners, and in-store activations.
- Support major brand events like the Cannes Film Festival and Haute Joaillerie events.
- Ensure daily logistical follow-up for events.
- Compile qualitative and quantitative reports on events.
- Monitor and manage the budget for events, including invoice processing.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marketing or Communication from a Business School or University.
- Previous experience in the luxury sector, ideally in event management or coordination with retail teams, internal services, and providers.

A first experience in the luxury industry, particularly in event management or coordination roles, is required.
Education
Master's degree in Marketing or Communication.
