Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Compensation, Benefits & HR Control team in preparing annual compensation campaigns (salary reviews, bonus programs, employee savings), including market benchmarking and salary survey analysis.
- Respond to statutory, sectoral and internal surveys (e.g. INSEE, BJOH, NAO, BDESE, Group) and produce ad‑hoc data extractions and analyses for HR partners and management.
- Contribute to monthly close activities: prepare and transmit payroll variables, update HR reporting (dashboards, headcount tracking, FTE) and consolidate data across business units.
- Assist in the organisation and internal communication of Benefits and disability-related initiatives.
- Draft, update and disseminate internal Compensation & Benefits policies and documentation.
- Participate in cross‑functional projects (pay equity, transparency, international mobility, disability inclusion and other strategic HR initiatives).
Qualifications
- Degree level: Bac+4/5 (Master’s or Grande École) in Business, Human Resources, Social Management Control or related discipline; specialisation in Compensation & Benefits or HR preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and competence with HR information systems.
- Professional English required.
- Demonstrated numerical aptitude, analytical rigour and attention to detail.
- Ability to organise information, maintain confidentiality and communicate clearly with HR teams and managers.
Skills
Experience
Previous internships or academic project experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR controlling, payroll or HR analytics is an advantage but not assumed; the role is structured as an alternance/apprenticeship for a candidate progressing through a Master’s-level programme.
Education
Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) or currently enrolled in a Master’s/Grande École programme in Business, Human Resources, Social Management Control, Compensation & Benefits or a related field.
