Boucheron | Paris — Communications Financial Controller. Lead global communications budgeting, monthly reporting and consolidation for the Maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the finance business partner to the Communications department, providing financial support, challenge and expertise to operational teams.
  • Ensure completeness and reliability of data reported in monthly closes and guarantee correct analytical cost allocations.
  • Prepare, build and analyse annual and multi-year communications budgets in collaboration with operational stakeholders; challenge assumptions and regional controllers as required.
  • Monitor actual communications spend versus budget at headquarters and worldwide, consolidate WW communications expenses and produce monthly WW reporting for the Communications Directorate.
  • Calculate monthly provisions, conduct month‑end close tasks with the Controlling Manager and liaise closely with Accounting.
  • Continuously optimise reporting and financial processes, contribute to three-year communications expenditure planning and prepare presentations for group reporting.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Master 2) in Management Control, Corporate Finance, Audit or equivalent.
  • Minimum two years' relevant experience (including apprenticeship) in an international group or in audit.
  • Academic knowledge of IFRS and experience with consolidation systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; strong interest in information systems.
  • Fluent English (spoken); strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt in a multicultural, international environment.
  • Rigour, organisational independence, analytical synthesis and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Experience

At least two years' experience (including apprenticeship) in management control or audit within an international group or Big Four environment, with exposure to consolidation and group reporting.

Education

Master 2 (Master's) in Management Control, Corporate Finance, Audit or equivalent.
