Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for press agencies, journalists, and stylists, managing requests for shootings, interviews, visuals, and celebrity loans.
  • Contribute to the organization of press events, including new collection presentations and press dinners.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with all departments, including PR agencies, retail, security, stock, and import-export.
  • Support key events such as Haute Joaillerie showcases, ensuring personalized experiences for Very Important Clients (VICs).
  • Assist in the implementation of cross-functional projects, including in-store animations and personalized client experiences.
  • Oversee daily logistical follow-up and coordinate with all service providers.
  • Manage administrative aspects of projects, including budget tracking, invoice processing, contract support, and maintaining the press contact database.
  • Prepare pre- and post-event reports, including weekly press reviews and presentations.
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Fashion, or University studies in Marketing/Communication.
  • Minimum of 6 months of professional experience in a marketing or communication environment, preferably within the luxury sector.

Skills

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Adobe InDesign is advantageous. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively. Highly organized, meticulous, responsive, and tenacious. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Experience

At least 6 months of relevant experience in marketing or communication, ideally in the luxury industry.

Education

Pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
