Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of client and prospect data using CRM systems to fulfill both regular and ad hoc operational requirements.
  • Develop, maintain, and update automated and ad hoc reports and dashboards.
  • Execute data extractions and queries utilizing SQL or BigQuery at a querying level.
  • Participate in data visualization projects by contributing to specifications, development oversight, and user acceptance testing phases.
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data utilized in analyses and reporting.
  • Organize and format data to produce clear and actionable outputs, including Excel files and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Assist in the monitoring and reporting of CRM and client engagement key performance indicators.
  • Provide operational support to internal stakeholders and regional teams regarding existing reports and analyses.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in data analysis or business analysis, or a junior profile with initial relevant experience.

Skills

Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas and data structuring. Ability to perform data queries using SQL or BigQuery. Experience in business-side data visualization projects, including specifications and coordination. Knowledge of Microstrategy and/or Power BI is advantageous. Strong skills in data formatting and presentation preparation using PowerPoint. Detail-oriented with a high degree of reliability and rigor. Proficiency in English, with French language skills being an asset.

Experience

2 to 3 years in data analysis or business analysis, or equivalent junior experience.
