Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Global Merchandising Manager in managing stock and sales operations.
- Coordinate collection launches and event preparations with the Global High Jewelry Project Manager.
- Process transfer requests for client presentations and coordinate with logistics.
- Monitor the transportation of selections for commercial and communication events globally.
- Validate product availability for press shoots and internal requests, focusing on new collections.
- Collaborate with Quality Control for product restoration for sales.
- Conduct stock analyses, including quantitative, qualitative, and geographic evaluations.
- Develop stock mapping with regional allocations.
- Contribute to the implementation of action plans for high jewelry launches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline projects.
- Support the organization of high jewelry events, including logistics and reporting.
- Develop tools to enhance the high-end client experience, such as product catalogs.
- Conduct competitive analysis on high jewelry events.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in a business school or equivalent (Bachelor's +4/5).
- Previous experience in the jewelry industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with the luxury sector is advantageous.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 6 months of experience in the jewelry industry is preferred.
Education
Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
