Boucheron in Paris seeks a Boutique Sales Assistant to deliver Palace-level client service and support boutique operations. Full-time, start March 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide Palace-level welcome and attentive service to French and international clients, ensuring discretion and courtesy at all times.
  • Serve beverages and manage client waiting areas, inform clients about store flow and the Boutique Tour presentation.
  • Support sales advisors during client presentations by preparing pieces in cases, assembling gift packaging and completing certificates.
  • Observe client and seller needs closely, adapt to individual requests, and assist in closing the client experience.
  • Participate in boutique operations: maintain visual standards according to brand guidelines, assist with merchandising and store setup.
  • Manage orders and replenishment of POS materials and beverages, and work closely with Back Office and After-Sales teams.
  • Take product photographs in compliance with house guidelines and provide occasional support to Visual Merchandising activities.
  • Learn and apply boutique security procedures and contribute to daily stock and presentation upkeep.

Qualifications

  • Ambassador of the maison with strong alignment to brand values and codes.
  • Passion for fashion and the luxury sector, with an excellent interpersonal manner.
  • Fluent English; French language competence expected for client-facing interactions; an additional language is an asset.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and a keen sense of service.

Experience

Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing environment is preferred; experience supporting sales teams, visual merchandising or product presentation in a high-end boutique is a plus.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or luxury goods preferred.
