Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive management of the boutique, staff, merchandise, and customer service.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain high operational and sales standards.
- Develop strategies for daily operations and management to maximize sales and attract new customers.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service and uphold the premium brand image.
- Train, manage, and motivate staff to meet sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and retaining talent to align with business needs.
- Develop and manage a boutique database through KPIs and client relationship management.
- Ensure inventory safety, security, and proper stock levels to meet market demands.
- Adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to enhance brand image and sales.
- Oversee administrative operations including payroll, billing, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Over 5 years of leadership experience in the luxury industry.
- Proven ability to drive sales and manage teams effectively.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 5 years in a sales leadership role within the luxury industry is required.
